Performer, writer, and director Grace Booth focuses on community-based arts and original ensemble-generated theatre. She received an M.F.A. in Ensemble Physical Theatre at Dell’Arte International and a B.A. in Theatre and Dance at Amherst College.
Co-author of anti-sex trafficking play “Jane Doe In Wonderland” (www.janedoeinwonderland.com), her other projects include international troupe Til Lalezar Theatre (www.tillalezartheatre.com) and “Life-Boats,” a large-scale site-specific collaboration on boats which held a residency with The Orchard Project NYC in 2017.
Grace has worked and taught in the Czech Republic, the Caribbean Islands, Indonesia, and throughout the United States. She has performed in work by Nebunele Theatre (Seattle, WA), Double Edge Theatre (Ashfield, MA), and choreographers Faye Driscoll and Idan Cohen. She has taught with Circus of Smiles (Oakland, CA), New England Youth Theatre (Brattleboro, VT), and Gifft Hill School (St. John, USVI).
